Dear Dr. Chan Kah Yein,
Good morning, I wish to apply a neutering aid for 2 female and 1 male stray dogs. This 3 stray dogs is from seri kembangan. I have been feed them since May 2017. They have been tipped after spayed. Released back to their place on 9/8/2017. Attached here with a pictures, cash bill and application form for your approval.
