$2,000 REWARD*

On 28 July 2017, at about 4 pm, a cat was found dead at the foot of Block 217, Lorong 8, Toa Payoh. The circumstances in which the cat was found, are suspicious and indicate an act of cruelty.

We are offering a $2,000 reward, for any information leading to the arrest and prosecution of the person/s responsible for this act.

Anyone with information in relation to this case, can call our 24-hour hotline at 6287 5355 (ext. 9), or e-mail inspector@spca.org.sg. Information provided will be treated in the strictest of confidence.

*The SPCA is offering $1,000 while a further $1,000 is being offered by independent parties
