SEEKING HELP: POACHING AT TELOK BLANGAH CRESCENT

ACRESs Animal Crime Investigation Unit (ACIU) received a feedback on poaching activity between Blk 13 and 14 Telok Blangah Crescent.

From the information provided, the poacher is known to be in his 40s. He uses a trap which is attached to a cage to trap birds on a tree near the playground.

ACIU has been following up on the case with the given information. However we would welcome more eyes to help us nab the offender in the act. We urge the residents to look out for poachers at the said vicinity and gather photo/video evidence. Please do give us a call at our 24-hr wildlife rescue hotline at 97837782 if any animal is being trapped, and the poacher is still there, or alternatively you can email any evidence or information obtained to the enforcement agency AVA (Agri-food and Veterinary Authority 6805 2992) or to acrescrime@gmail.com.

With only one rescue team on duty, if we are unable to attend to immediately due to pending rescue cases, please help to call the police for immediate action.
