8pm No Sign Of Daffi

I climbed up the ladder at 6.30pm.

The latest food was untouched. I changed the water.

There is a concrete ledge on the next door ledge. That’s where the cats sit.

No Daffi.

It looked like she no longer wants to come to this place since we have discovered and “exposed” it.

Sigh…

We had to put food somewhere, right?  And in doing so, it would appear that we have “exposed” her secret hiding place.

The food hasn’t been eaten at all. Of course this is very worrying, but there is nothing else we can do now.

But wait.

We figured if she is still moving around on the rooftops, there is only our house and our two adjacent neighbours. Further than that, it’s not connected anymore.

Where are you, Daffodil?

Please be safe, wherever you are. Please be well.

8pm check up and down the road, looking everywhere – no sign of Daffi.

It’s all very quiet now, yet, she isn’t prepared to come back.

I just cooked a new batch of homecooked food for the cats hoping the aroma might attract her back, but that didn’t work. Usually, when I cook for them, everyone would come to the kitchen and wait.
