My name is Norizzati Binti Jasri. This is one of my male cat named Gandalf. He was a stray kitten before i took him home last year. His an adult cat now and I have neutered him today to prevent the other female cat from getting pregnant. I would like to apply for the animalcare neuter subsidy if it still open.
