Neutering Aid For 2 Dogs In Kulai (Nujtiya Chareansouk�s)

We have sponsored RM280 for the spaying of these 2 dogs. We thank Ms Nujtiya for her kindness in claiming RM10 less per dog.

Dear Dr. Chan,

I have sent 2 female dogs for neutering on 03/Dec/2016.

These 2 dogs are found in Kulai Johor, near my cousin’s work place.
They are stray dogs but my cousin feeds them everyday.
There are few more female dogs in that area and i would arrange to send them for neutering maybe in another 2 weeks.

The bill is RM 340 (RM 170 x 2 dogs) with GST.
Please allow me to claim RM 280 for this case (which is RM 20 lesser).
