THE DIFFERENCE YOU CAN MAKE FOR A SUFFERING DOG

I am only about 2 years of age, but like millions of others, I was born on the streets, never knowing what it is to have a loving home. My name is Somonder. Dogs like me manage to get by, depending on the kindness of strangers for food, and just trying to stay away from danger.

They found me with a seriously infected open wound on my left shoulder. I was in agony and, with the infection rapidly progressing, my life was in danger. I was also weak and shockingly emaciated.

Thanks to the compassionate animal lovers whose donations funded my care, the Animal Rescue Officers were able to get me to the Soi Dog shelter, where the nasty wound was cleaned out and I was started on antibiotics and pain relief. I was so happy to be given a good meal and a comfortable place to sleep.

My story is a sad one, but I am one of the lucky ones. As you read this, another homeless animal is suffering and at risk of dying from a lack of medical treatment. You can change this right now.
