I CAME BACK FROM THE BRINK OF DEATH – Please ADOPT me!

My name is Pantiter and I am looking for a new home.

Please EMAIL ALL QUESTIONS to inga@soidog-foundation.org (English/German)

I arrived at the shelter here in Phuket, Thailand with my life hanging by a thread. The people here really didn’t think I would make it because I was one of the most emaciated dogs they had ever seen. I was so weak I couldn’t stand up. I had no appetite and couldn’t move.

I was diagnosed with the coronavirus, which had spread rapidly and caused severe nausea, vomiting and diarrhea. I was suffering from severe muscle wasting and neurological problems. At that time I was only 3˝ years old and had clearly been suffering for some time.

Thanks to people like you, I received the treatment I needed and made a remarkable recovery. Now I am 4 years of age and I am ready to leave the shelter for a forever home.

I have gained a good amount of weight and I look solid and healthy. My neurological condition has improved a lot but I still tend to occasionally make wide-based circles when walking. I also drool more than the average dog. I can’t help it and I hope to find a family who understands and doesn’t mind. The cause of my neurological condition remains unknown. The doctors here suspect the cause could be toxic or as a result of trauma.

I am very friendly and always the first to greet people. I love getting pats and enjoy my walkies. The volunteers here say that my fur feels very smooth and that I am very handsome. I am not bothered in the slightest by the other dogs. So I wouldn’t mind at all sharing my home with a doggie friend.

I would love to be part of your world, please give me a chance!

So many other dogs have found homes in places like Canada, Europe and the U.S. Could I be next?
