Pos Ekspres Tracking

Dear Applicants,
Please take note that the Pos Ekspres tracking may be unreliable. So far we have received two mails whereby according to the tracking, the mail was supposedly delivered, but it wasn’t. We only received the mail much later.
Case 1:
The tracking, sent by the applicant:
But the item was only delivered to us five days later, on 29th June 2016.
Case 2:
The tracking, sent by the applicant:
But we only received the mail today, 18th July 2016, 3 days later. In fact, for this case, I drove to check the mailbox twice on 15th July and twice again on 16th July, but the mail just wasn’t there.
This unreliable tracking puts us in a spot because it creates misunderstandings. The tracking says the mail has been delivered but it actually has not reached us yet.
There was also another case whereby the applicant says she posted the mail, however, this is the tracking sent by the applicant:
Until today, the mail has not arrived. We suspect there could be a mistake in the address (“Insufficient address”, it says), but the applicant says she wrote the correct address. We have requested the applicant to resend the application.
We have also requested applicants to lodge a complaint through care@pos.com.my or call 1300300300.
We hope applicants will understand that the above cases is quite beyond our control. But please rest assured that we will process every application on the very same day we receive them.
