I HAVE SPENT NEARLY MY WHOLE LIFE AT THE SOI DOG SHELTER! PLEASE ADOPT ME!

My name is Brick and I have already been through so much. I am a boy of over 5 years of age now, but I was just 6 months old when I arrived at the Soi Dog shelter in Phuket, Thailand. The volunteers at the shelter all love me and think I would make a wonderful pet. They like to make a fuss of me and I thoroughly enjoy getting hugs and pats from the people here.

When I arrived I had a terrible injury to my back leg. The damage was so severe that it was too late to save my leg and it had to be amputated.

I get along just fine on 3 legs, although I don�t go very far on my walks. That�s not because I�m not fit – because I really am – but I am nervous of going too far from my comfort zone.

I really need to get out of the confines of the shelter and go to a kind family who can show me love and earn my trust as I learn to understand that the world is a safe place. Then I could really flourish and and enjoy life. Could that be with you?

I can be a little territorial with other male dogs, so a home with females or no other dogs would suit me best.
