I HAVE LIVED IN A SHELTER ALL MY LIFE! PLEASE ADOPT ME!

Just after I was born, someone dumped me at the gates of the Soi Dog shelter here in Phuket, Thailand. It was very frightening as I was only 2 months old and could have died. Luckily the staff found me in time. They cared for me and named me Darius.

I am a healthy, medium sized, black boy who is 2 years and 4 months old. I get on well with the other dogs in my run as I spend a lot of time with them, but I don�t always trust other dogs I don�t know as well. They scare me!

So if there are other dogs in your family, our introduction must be done sensitively. I am sure that with time, patience, and guidance you can help me to build my confidence. Then I will behave well and be a wonderful pet.

The volunteers say that I am very affectionate once I get to know you and I love walking! I am ready to leave this shelter that I have spent too long in, and join a special family for life. Please ADOPT me!
