BARF And Vincents News

Ever since that disappearance act, Vincent has been home a lot. Thank goodness!

His appetite is fantastic and he loves BARF. In fact, he doesn’t like kibble anymore now.

Breakfast is still Monge. I thaw the BARF in the fridge overnight, so by morning, it’s still cold. That’s why I still give Monge in the morning. Cold food in the morning might cause them to vomit.

That’s Vincent polishing up his breakfast.

For lunch, it’s BARF. The Inside-Cats still share a can of Monge with their BARF.

There’s great and unexpected BARF-progress with Cow. Here he is asking for more BARF! I didn’t think Cow would finally be willing to eat BARF when he simply refused to touch it just last week. Could it be the yoghurt helping in the “slow switch”? I don’t really know, but I will continue giving them yoghurt every two days.

Even Pole is eating BARF now. So, everyone is willing to eat BARF on its own except for Tiger. If you were following this blog many years ago, you’d know that Tiger thinks he is vegetarian, so that explains it!

Note: That’s a bit of joke up there. Cats cannot be vegetarians. They are obligate carnivores. But Tiger, being so mild-mannered, never used to like meat. He preferred them “masked” in kibble.

The PatioCats are totally on BARF alone. No more mixing with Monge. Zurik skipped lunch, and he’s the only one who still hasn’t eaten BARF on its own yet.

Ginger is asking for more.

This is the Chicken flavour that they like better (than the Chicken & Fish).

If you’d like to order Coco&Joe’s BARF for dogs or cats, we are selling it for fundraising, but we can only arrange for delivery if it’s RM350 or more. For those staying in Subang Jaya, you are welcome to piggyback on my own order (but please collect from me within 1-2 days as it has to be kept frozen). I order once a month. Please write to me at chankahyein@gmail.com to enquire.
