Neutering Aid For 1 Cat In Ampang (Mandy Wong Sueh Wei�s)

Good morning, I am miss Wong staying at ampang. Here is the story about a stray mother cat came to hide at my empty neighbor house and give birth and we was surprise where they come from, no choice I just help to feed the mother cat until the kittens grow before I move them away. There are two cats (kittens) grow up around 5 months olds and I decide to spay them before they spread again and again. I heard of my friend spca can offer a good price instead of bring them to private vet shop and the officer of spca told me about the neutering cost can then claim from you. So I bring one cat to there on 23th December and the other one actually sick so the doctor ask me bring it another time when she recover which is on 10th March after busy period during Chinese New Year. When I walked in recently, I just get to know from a Chinese officer said I must make my claim from you in two weeks time but in facts a Indian officer advised me on my first time to wait for second cat neuter and do claims together. Kindly hope you will accept it because I really get confused by them and I didn’t know I should have came to you early.
