JOAN THE MACAQUE IS BACK HOME!

Joan, the victim of a hit and run accident who we rescued earlier this month, was successfully released back to the wild on the 21st of March!

Watch the video to see Joan return home to the forest!

We will do our best to check up on Joan and make sure that she is doing well.

Macaques are commonly seen at forest edges. If you see them at the side of the road whilst driving, please slow down and be extra vigilant.

Once again, we would like to thank the Animal Recovery Veterinary Referral Centre (ARVRC) team for providing Joan�s veterinary treatment and enabling Joan to go back to the wild as soon as she could, and Dr. Ly for sponsoring the cost of Joan�s treatment.
