Hi Dr.Chan, I am writing this is to enquire about getting spaying subsidy. This is a stray female dog living at basketball court which near my house. Sometime i will go to the basketball court there or she will come to my house to feed him. Because of i don’t want she get baby so i decide to spay him. Now she is in my house now and i will take care him untill she is recover. Hope Dr. Chan can help. Thank you.
