Dear Dr. Chan,
Another TNRM this week. I found this mummy cat at the guard house of a place I visited this weekend. She has a kitten about 2 months old and to avoid any unwanted future pregnancies, I decided to send her for neutering. I will release her back at the guard house next week. I would appreciate if you can approve your neutering subsidy. Thanks.
