Yikes, the shelter is out of rice!!! Your generous donations of this important supply will be so very greatly appreciated! Many merchandisers, like C&W here at 7th Mile near the shelter, sell bulk rice in 50kg bags for just RM2/kg, more economical than the 10kg bags at RM3.30/kg. But whatever size bags of rice you can donate, please just have the shop load them into your vehicle, pull up in front of the shelter gate and honk — we will come up with a wheelbarrow and unload, so that you don’t need to do any heavy lifting or hassle with parking or the like. ***THANK YOU ALL IN ADVANCE FOR HELPING TO FEED THE ANIMALS***

The Sarawak SPCA's mission is to act as an advocate on behalf of animals and as an enforcer of their rights; to provide for the well-being of the animals of the State of Sarawak who are abandoned, injured, subjected to unfair or cruel treatment, or otherwise in need; to cultivate in the people of our community an awareness of the animals whose world we share; to promote a bond of mutual assistance between people and animals; and to instill respect for and appreciation of all living things.
