Neutering Aid For 1 Dog In Shah Alam (Chang Yu Li�s)

Xiao Bai is a male stray dog who has been living on the street nearby my housing area for quite some time. And I have been feeding him all this while. Despite living on the street, Xiao Bai and his girlfriend (another female mongrel) are happy and peace sharing space, foods and all together. Unfortunately recently there was an intact big male dog intruded their space, I guess Xiao Bai felt threatened and had a big fight with that male dog. One day when I was about to feed them, searching for them, I found that Xiao Bai was lying on the grass and refuse to move, I knew something is not right, as he’s always the one who came wagging tail when he sees my car. So I checked, he’s bleeding on his front leg. Without further delay, I carried him into my car and rushed him to the vet clinic. Expectedly, there was several bite wound on his front leg and hind leg. Vet suspected it was bite by several dogs. So Vet gave antibiotic injection and some dressing on the wound, followed by neutering surgery after that. After few days of hospitalization, Xiao Bai finally discharge from the vet. My planning was to get him neutered and release him back to the streets, as i have been searching shelters for him but unfortunately all the shelters are full currently. Also i have been asking for adopter but to no avail. I hope by neutering him, can help to reduce the strays population around my area to prevent all these pitiful souls from being caught by the council. Hence, I wish to apply for Xiao Bai neutering subsidy.
