WHY WOULD ANYONE WANT TO SHOOT ME?
I am not so young anymore and I have lived on the streets for all 8 years of my life. My name is Jaew Born.
Having survived as a street dog of Thailand for so long, I never expected the horrible thing that happened to me. I was shot. The bullet pierced through my colon and shattered, causing me unbearable agony.
Dogs like me simply have no hope if we don’t have you on our side. Will you please CLICK THIS LINK to help Soi Dog save us? http://bit.ly/Save_Vulnerable_Street_Dogs
After being shot, I took off in terror, desperate to find a safe place to hide. I can’t remember how long I lay in hiding when I was found by a kind man who feeds the stray dogs in his area. He had missed me and came looking for me. He couldn’t believe what he saw and raced to call Soi Dog.
Now that the bullet has been removed, I am slowly recovering, but still struggling to use my left hind leg. The vets have started me on physiotherapy and are monitoring me closely. I hope that one day I will be completely better and ready for my own home.
Despite all I have been through, I am actually one of the lucky ones – saved by the donations of Soi Dog supporters, who continue to fund my care. As you read this though, another desperate animal needs help. Will YOU step in? http://bit.ly/Save_Vulnerable_Street_Dogs
A small, monthly gift from you will mean thousands more dogs and cats saved every year. No amount is too small; every penny will add up to achieve a miracle for a dog like me. Without YOU however, many will die sad, lonely deaths, having never experienced love.
Please don’t let this happen. Please CLICK THIS LINK and commit to making a difference today: http://bit.ly/Save_Vulnerable_Street_Dogs
