Dear Dr.,

I would like to apply for the neutering subsidy for Coco.

Coco was the first male cat that I captured for neutering a year ago, but he escaped from the carrier.

I manage to captured him last week, then send him straight to vet for neutering.

He is the dominating male cat at the back lane.

Will feed him if he come near to my place.
