Dr Chan, Related to my earlier claim for subsidy for Bella, this time is to neuter the mother, I named Putih. This stray dog has been suffering from cruel beating and injury resulting from the heinous action of my neighbor who repeatedly used catapult (sling shot) striking her at close range. As a result she is now permanently limping with left hind leg damaged. There are around 5 more female dogs in my area frequently visiting my house for food. I always feed them everyday whenever they come, with chicken, beef, rice, bread, dog biscuits etc. I am trying to neuter each one so that they won’t breed more puppies. Hopefully, I can relocate these poor dogs to a shelter home in order to avoid constant torture by my neighbors. Attached are the images of : Putih before operation; Putih after operation;
