We have subsidised RM150 for the spaying of Creamo.

Dear Dr Chan,

I rescued a female pup from the drain in Kota kemuning,Shah Alam on the 10/12/14.

I boarded the pup named Creamo at a Pet shop , now still looking for a home. She is about 6-7 months old now.

I have sent her for neuter on 27/4/15. Will be sending in the form and the receipt next week.

She is doing well now n still boarding at the pet shop in putra heights.
