Dear Dr Chan,
I would like to apply for spaying subsidy for one community cat and one food court cat.
The first cat was just given birth in late Jan’15. The 2 kittens were adopted. I managed to bring her for spaying on 12th Mar’15. I just released her back today, 19th Mar’15.
As for the second cat, Snowy, she is one of the community cats at low cost housing area. The lady in the picture is her caregiver. Right after surgery , Snowy was discharged and taken care by the caregiver.
I will send you the original receipts and forms once my application is approved. Thanks!
