Hi Dr.Chan,still remember 7 of my stray cats which are not neutered yet? 1 of them has already been neutered using Janari’s money because at that time i already agree not to send any application to you.So there are 6cats remaining.Tomorrow i’m planning to bring Blackout to be neutered.Blackout is the stray cat that i rescued at Serdang when he was small & i dont think he can survive on his own.So now i think the time has come that he needs to be castrated.He’s male & very ‘manja’ and i will open adoption maybe 2weeks from now which after he fully recovered from the operation and if no one would want to adopt him,i myself will foster him forever.I will send the neutering form together with the original receipt soon,thank you
