Dear Dr Chan,
No, i’m not running a shelter. I’m looking after the cats with my husband’s help. Nobody helps me with my cats’ maintenance and i don’t receive any help or funds for them.
I rescued my first kitten seven years ago when a two month old kitten followed me when i went briskwalking. I resque mostly kittens.
Most of my cats are neutered except for the younger ones. I never allow my cats to breed.
I managed to rehome eight cats but people prefer mix breeds.
Three weeks ago somebody dumped a box with five kittens and their mother in front of my gate. They now live in a cage behind my kitchen. People always dumped kittens near my house.Twelve cats live outside the cats’ house and the rest live in the cats’ house.
