In the current floodings in the east coast, over a hundred thousand people and countless animals are affected. It is with heartfelt sadness to think of the displaced animals both pet and stray with no food water or shelter. We at PAWS would like to chip in a little effort, working with SI Home founder, Muhammad Razeef Che Shamah, to collect food to be distributed at the affected areas on 2nd jan. Until then those who wished to donate food, please drop off at the shelter before 1st jan. The animals need dry biscuits and canned food for both cats and dogs. Do help if you’re able to. Thank you!

For canned food please pack into boxes for convenience in logistics.

PAWS

PAWS was founded in 1987 by a small group of local and expatriate volunteers. Through their generosity and imagination, PAWS was constructed on a patch of land owned by Sime Plantations on the Subang Airport Road. This distinct group of sheds and a courtyard still stands today and currently homes around 400 cats and dogs.

The staff that work at PAWS include one veterinary surgeon and a number of full-time personnel. The organisation depends entirely on the generosity of the public through donations or proceeds from charitable events organized and run by volunteers.
