Do you remember BOLTZ? A Giant Asian Pond turtle who has found a sanctuary to call home for now, at our ACRES WILDLIFE RESCUE CENTRE. In this photo, he has just came out after a cool dip in his little pool; just in time to say hello to the camera! Did you know that Boltz was once ran over by a truck and he was brought to us and that turtles like Boltz are nocturnal too? #flashback

The ACRES WILDLIFE RESCUE & ANIMAL CARE team has been kept on their toes with rescue, daily husbandry work and so much more recently. We know the animals under their care can feel the dedication, love and promises made to them everyday, rain or shine.

Hence on trivia Monday, we would like to do a shout out to the team that never gave lesser, even when the days got hotter, hazier and busier!

“A thank you to their care givers!” Thus serving as good reminder to everyone, to remember what healthy and happy Boltz wants to share, ‘love is kind and embraces imperfections perfectly!’ Just the way you are?
