HOPE shelter carried the responsibility to take care of homeless animals, at the same time we also heavily bear the burden of medical debt.

Ligation, vaccine, first-aid, medical follow up, surgery – we take care of 1500 more furkid healthcare, whenever we found that those furkid were not feeling well, we will immediately sent them to vet clinic for check up or treatment to avoid the miss of prime time treatment.

Those saved furkid, in regardless of head injuries, paralyzed or serious skin diseases, we will always treat equally and never ignored their life and death. Hence we provide a series of medical treatment, saves them from dying.

In order to control furkid breeding and to ensure their healthy, ligation and vaccine is a must. All those medical fees have been heavily burdening us.

The posted receipt was our defaulted medical debt. Veterinarian has been cooperative with us, do their best to rescues furkid. Defaulted medical debt shall be pay back in order to maintain our good relationship with veterinarian.

Homeless & Orphan Pets Exist (H.O.P.E.) is a non-profit organization and no-kill shelter that aims to improve welfare of strays and abandoned pets around Johor Bahru, Malaysia.

Our four core missions are rescuing, re-homing, sterilization and increasing public awareness of pet ownership and responsibilities. Currently, we are caring for approximately 700 abandoned animals in our shelter located at Lima Kedai.
