I am a stray dog called Cerberus, a one year old boy who arrived at the Soi Dog shelter having been viciously attacked by another dog. I never did anything wrong; I don�t know why he didn�t like me.

One of the nice local people who always brought me food ran to call Soi Dog and I was picked up soon after by Animal Rescue Officer Khun Sanae. Dr. Frank cleaned out my wound and has been looking after me every day to make sure I heal well.

My treatment here at the shelter is being funded by the monthly donations of some very special Soi Dog supporters. Were it not for them, I would still be in so much pain and my wound would have become seriously infected, potentially threatening my life.

I am one of the lucky dogs. As you read this, there are many more that are sick or injured and in desperate need of help. Without urgent medical attention, many of them won�t make it.

It need not be like this.
