Yet another Happy Reunion, made possible by SPCA Officers, beyond work hours….

Off-duty SPCA Clinic Officer, Logeswary Singh, and her husband spotted this male Maltese left on its own, without a leash or its owner, along the main road of Yishun Ave 11, earlier today (5 Oct 2014).

Loges spent close to 45 minutes, following and ‘befriending’ the dog before winning its trust. She then managed to ‘leash’ it with her tote bag.

After asking around, she managed to locate the owner who resides at Blk 437 of Yishun Ave 11. (It also helped that the owner was also frantically looking for his dog “Calin”.)

Owner and canine companion then got reunited, all in a few hours’ work.

What a way to spend the weekend, a (weekend) day in the life of an SPCA officer. ;)
