Dear Dr Chan,
I would like to apply neutering subsidy for Ben the rottweiler.
Ben was rescued 3 months ago after his owner abandoned him with toes injury.
His wound is still healing and
I will re home him later.
FYI I have received the subsidy for Bobbie.
