My name is Samosa and I am a young boy of 7 months. I came to the shelter with my mother and my brothers and sisters, when we were very small babies. One of Soi Dog’s Animal Rescue Officers had found us while out in the course of his duties. At that stage, my mother was really struggling to feed us all. She was very skinny and not producing enough milk to look after her babies. She really needed help.

She got that help at Soi Dog, where she was well looked after and could in turn look after us. We all got big and strong and eventually, we could be moved into the puppy run. One day, some lovely people came to visit me. I liked them as soon as I saw them, because they played with me and gave me lots of cuddles. Then, they told me they wanted to adopt me and take me to my own forever home.

They live locally, here in Phuket, so I didn’t have far too travel. I am settling in so well at my new home and feel like the happiest dog ever. This could only happen for me because of the Emergency Response Team. These are Soi Dog supporters, who have joined a special group dedicated to helping the street dogs and cats of Thailand. YOU can become a part of this kind-hearted team today and you will be helping to save so many more like me. Below is a picture of me relaxing at my happy new home – please just click on it to get started.
