We Received An Appeal Earlier About Spotting A Dog..

We received an appeal earlier about spotting a dog with serious health problem straying on the streets.

Thanks to Terri and Ana who immediately went over to check on the dog.

Apparently, the dog has an owner but he was let to roam the streets freely. And he has serious mange, though.

Terri took the initiative to convince the owner to let a vet examine the dog and also advised the owner to keep the dog in his property’s compound instead of letting him run on the streets freely.

Good news is owner has agreed to stop letting the dog stray on the streets and he is also willing to take responsible of the dog’s medical bills.

The dog will need to be on medications for 2 weeks and subsequently with additional supplements for his liver.

We would like to express our deepest thanks to Dr. Vincent from Venice Veterinary Clinic for taking time in making a trip to the location to treat this dog.
