Kitch Is Loving Her New Life In Ko Samui

Hi everyone, its me Kitch here. Its been a while since I stopped by to say hello as I have gone to live in a new home. If you dont know me, you can read my original story at https://www.facebook.com/media/set/?set=a.645868408788231.1073742522.108625789179165&type=3&uploaded=5

I wasnt always homeless and was dumped at the Soi Dog shelter by the people who had been looking after me. These people were asked to wait until someone came to speak to them, but they didnt want to take responsibility for me so they dumped me in the staff kitchen and drove away. It was late in the afternoon, so I was lucky that Khun Al found me before everyone went home for the night. I was taken to live at Khun Mias house for a while; she fosters the younger puppies and kittens, and then I came to live at the shelter.

About a month ago I went home with Jade and her partner. I was so excited to be getting a home and I really love my new family. I still have a little bit of mange but it is slowly getting better as Jade is getting me the treatment I need. I have to wear a stupid cone on my head which is annoying though. This is to stop me scratching while the mange heals. My new brother Bowie and I play a game together where we try and get the cone off. Sometimes we are successful but I dont think Jade thinks it is very funny.

I really love Bowie and even though we have our own beds, we like to share one and sleep together every night. It is so wonderful to be loved by Bowie and my new human companions. The other day I went for my first visit to the beach and I loved it. The water wasnt scary at all and I even went for a swim. I hope I get to go to the beach many more times.

I am so grateful that Soi Dog took me into their shelter and found me a wonderful home. I hear its pretty easy to adopt a dog or a cat from Soi Dog. If you are interested, all you need to do is visit http://www.soidog.org/en/adoptions/?source=kitch-1-FBO to find out more and if you would like to adopt you just need to get in touch.
