Friendly Boy Nash Is Recovering From Pain

Nash is a handsome boy of approximately 8 years of age. He came to the shelter from a mobile clinic at Saphan Hin in Phuket town. He was brought to Soi Dog because of a large open wound on his neck, probably caused by a bite from another dog, which would no doubt have been causing him a lot of pain.

Upon examination, the vets determined that the wound was infected and Nash was put on medication and the wound thoroughly cleaned. Through all of this, Nash remained calm and seemed genuinely happy to be treated by our vets. He is a very friendly dog, who likes nothing more than a little attention � enter his run and he�ll come running for a cuddle!

The wound on the back of his neck is slowly beginning to heal and the vets are hopeful that with continued daily cleaning and antibiotics, Nash will make a full recovery. We will update you on his progress again shortly.
