Lindsey Makes New Friends In The Puppy Run

Hi, its Lindsey here. I have been at the Soi Dog shelter now for a couple of months, but if you would like to read my original story, you can do so by visiting https://www.facebook.com/media/set/?set=a.646651872043218.1073742531.108625789179165&type=3

I was a very sick little girl when I first came to Soi Dog. I came in for sterilisation, but the vet said I was too sick to have the operation and that I needed medical treatment instead. I was very skinny and had runny eyes and scabs all over my body. If that wasn’t enough, I also had a chest infection and blood parasites.

I spent quite a lot of time being treated by the vets for everything that was wrong with me, but over time, I really did start to feel better. I stayed in the treatment runs for weeks and it was really boring, but the other day I got the best news, me and some of the other puppies who have been sick were moving to the puppy run. I was so excited because I had heard it was really fun over there.

I was not disappointed, as soon as I arrived at the puppy run, all the other puppies wanted to meet me and play. Another great thing about being in the puppy run is that volunteers come and visit and give us lots of pats and cuddles. It’s awesome!

I know I am going to like it here in the puppy run, but my biggest wish for the future is that one day I will have a home and a family to call my own. If you think you would like me to be your new best friend, please visit http://www.soidog.org/en/adoptions/adoption-costs/ to find out more about adopting a dog from Thailand. If you think I am the right dog for you and would like to bring me to your house, please email the adoptions coordinator at paula@soidog.org
