Lucas Is Recovering Well From His Injury From Getting His Leg Cau

Hi, its me Lucas and you can read my original story at https://www.facebook.com/media/set/?set=a.647366021971803.1073742540.108625789179165&type=3

I really did manage to hurt my leg pretty badly when I got it caught in a wire trap one day when I was out walking around. It hurt so bad and I was so scared, but then a nice man called Khun Sanae came to help me and he brought me to Soi Dog Foundation to see the vets.

The vets have taken very good care of me and with the help of the Emergency Response Team (https://www.soidog.org/en/donate-today/ert/ert.html) I am now on the road to recovery. My leg wound is healing nicely and I have now been moved out of the clinic and into the medical runs, which is a little bit more interesting as I have the company of other dogs and I can see whats happening outside. The other dogs tease me sometimes though as I have to wear a silly plastic cone around my head. The vets say it is to stop me nibbling at my leg when it is itchy and making my wound worse. It is probably a good idea, as I dont think I would be able to stop myself having a little scratch now and again.

You can also join the Emergency Response Team and to help other dogs like me to find themselves in strange situations and need help from the vets. You can join today by visiting https://www.soidog.org/en/donate-today/ert/ert.html.
