We have subsidised RM100 for the spaying of Sim Sim.

Dear Kah Yein,
this is my 1st case in 2014.
Sim-Sim, female, 6 months old, medium hair Siamese Mix, was found at my housing area since she was 2-3 months old. Me and my neighbor are feeding her.In January, I think she reach 6 months old, so I catch her and bring to See Vet Sri Petaling for spaying operation.
after operation, she will be “temporarily” staying at my house for fostering. She will be put on Pet-finder for adoption when the surgery part are fully ok.
Here, I wanna apply for subsidy for spaying surgery for Sim-Sim.
