Vaccination Subsidy For Mocha, Rescued Female Cat (Marina Bt Mustapha�s)

Dear Dr Chan,
Happy Chinese New Year to you.

I took the new rescued kitten name Mocha to the vet for 1st vaccination today. Took her to vet week before due to her burned/injured paws/swollen mouth & slight mange problem. Now she is healthy & happy.

Can I claim subsidy for her first vaccination?
Attached the vaccination sticker, her latest picture & initial picture on the rescue day.

Dear Dr Chan,
How are you? Hope all are well.

There is another female cat or kitten crying loudly at my apartment area around�7am. I do not know whether this area is now becoming cat dumping site! .To avoid angry residents for the loud cries & unwanted situation, I have brought her to my place. She was really dirty with mud underneath her body.

I have yet to decide name on this female cat. I will take her to vet first these few days. I would like to claim vaccinations & spaying when its time. Appreciate your approval.

I will submit new pictures during claim submission.
