It�s a wrap! The Asia for Animals Conference 2014 ended today with a post-conference tour, including a visit to the ACRES Wildlife Rescue Centre. What an amazing week it�s been for the animals! A big thank you from the ACRES Team to everyone who made the conference possible and showed their support: Minister Shanmugam, Minister of State Desmond Lee, Megan, all of the conference sponsors, and our fantastic volunteers! And to every delegate who came to play their part in making a positive difference for animals. It was wonderful meeting you all!

ACRES (Animal Concerns Research & Education Society) is a pioneering Singapore-based charity and Institution of Public Character, founded by Singaporeans in 2001 with the aim of promoting animal welfare.

ACRES has six focus areas: Wildlife Rescue and Rehabilitation, Wildlife Crime Investigation, Zoo Animal Welfare, Humane Education, Community Outreach and Promoting Cruelty-Free Living.
