Left To Suffer Alone In The Rain....

Topaz came to the shelter after he was dumped and left to suffer in the rain for two weeks. The person who found him was feeding him and tried to find his owner, but to no avail. This person was willing to keep feeding him but the owner of the apartment block he was sheltering at did not want him to stay there and the person feeding him feared for his life so called Soi Dog Foundation. He is very skinny, has skin problems and came in with a lot of ticks. As he was most likely a pet who was dumped, he would have very little chance of surviving alone on the street.

Soi Dog Foundation
