Updates On 13th Nov 2013

Meet Charlie, a six-year-old Shih Tzu. We found him tied to a water pipe on the 24th floor of an HDB block in Ang Mo Kio. Abandoned by his callous owner, Charlie had a very bad fungal infection that resulted in his flaky skin and musty smell. It “snows” wherever Charlie goes! Despite his horrible skin condition, our loving fosterer readily welcomed Charlie into her home. He’s now getting lots of love and attention from our awesome fosterer, and will be up for adoption when his bad fungal infection clears.
