Spaying Subsidy For Happy, Female Cat (Caron Lee Mey Wah�s)

We have subsidised RM100 for the spaying of Happy and Happy has been returned to the colony with her ears clipped. This subsidy comes from all donor through our Medical Fund (RM40) and Berjaya Cares (RM60).

Dear Dr Chan,

My name is Lee Mey Wah. I wish to apply for subsidy

to neutering a stray femail kitten. I have been neutering many cats

before and I have never ask for subsidy at the time because I

still could afford it but due to my spine problem I cannot work

as much and my income is affected and I just neutered a kitten

and gave her a name “Happy” . Happy is a kitten from a mother cat

at the back of my house but she was very weak and have a very bad flu

and I took her to the doctor, when she got well I ask the doctor to neuter her.

After leaving her with the doctor for one week, her wound have healed

and I let her out again. She is so happy, jumping all over the backlane again.
