Medical Subsidy For Hero, Injured Dog (Wong Kwai Foon�s)

We are jointly subsidising this bill with PetFinder.my. The total bill is RM2046.40 and we have called up the vet to verify the case, the total amount and that the dog will be discharged on Thursday. PetFinder.my has pledged RM500.

Our subsidy as per policy is also RM500, whereby RM200 is from all donors through our Medical Fund and RM300 from Berjaya Cares. Besides this, there is an additional RM700 from our readers, Mr Kok Khee Wee, Julia Chong, Irene Leong, Premala Narendra and Chua Choon Meng.

Our total subsidy is RM1200.

Hi Ms Chan,

I found an injured male puppy (i think less than 3mths) at the road side drain hole in front of Sekolah Kebangsaan Salak South at Salak south garden 57100 at the end of July’13 when I’m feeding the strays as usual.

His both leg were broken I think was ran over by a car few hours ago before I meet him. His right leg bone was exposed outside the leg & left leg is like just hanging at the back.

Doctor advise to amputate his right leg as the bone is broken up to his bikini side. But he is not allow to go for surgery immediately as he is too pale & weak due to he loss too much blood during the accident.

After 1 week treatment he’s condition become stable n doctor send him for surgery. After surgery he is facing another problem as the wound is infection due to the cross wound. Stitch between joint of bikini & leg.

I not afford to bear the cost of rm2046.40 (almost my salary), therefore I need to seek for your kindness of help.

Enclosed the pictures of the puppy (I called him Hero as he is a real fighter) from the day I rescue until today with whole process of his condition.
