This is Sausage, one of the pioneer residents in SPCA SEBERANG PERAI. Spending most of her life at the shelter, she is well-known among the regular volunteers of the shelter.

At the beginning of this year, SPCA SEBERANG PERAI’s Vice President, Christina Liu decided to adopt Sausage for good and since then, Sausage has been living happily together with Christina and her other pets.

Christina will bring Sausage back to the shelter every Sunday just so that she can visit her other furry mates who are still waiting for their miracles. If you wish to catch a glimpse of Sausage, you are welcome to visit the shelter on any Sundays between 3.30-6pm.

Sausage is a very obedient kid that doesn’t required to be on leash even when she is outdoor. She will tag along wherever Christina goes. This is how loyal the kids from shelter can be. Though they may not be pure breed and most came in with sad backgrounds, but given a chance, they can just be as loyal, smart and obedient.

We strictly encourage public to adopt from shelter. These animals deserves to be loved, too and in return they will give you their lives.

Give them a chance…ADOPT!

SPCA Seberang Perai

The SPCA Seberang Perai is a society registered in September 2005. Our primary aim is to reduce the population of stray animals or possibly a zero stray population in a humane manner. With lesser strays or no strays at all, the loving value of animals will be greatly increased and you can be sure that humans will shower more love for their pets and be responsible pet owners. The problem should not only be shouldered by our Society as the public must also understand the urgent need to control the pet population and give their whole-hearted support to all our projects for the undertaking to be successful. Then we will achieve a clean and hygienic environment for the community. As a no killing organization, we are embarking on a two-prong approach towards the problem i.e public education and sterilization of the stray animals.
