Dear Dr.Chan,
I would like to apply for a subsidy to neuter a female cat, Kylie. Kylie was found at a night market, begging for food and was frightened by the hawkers who threw things at her. I managed to catch her and seeing that she isa female, I have decided to bring her home and neuter her to prevent anymore unwanted kittens in the neighbourhood. She is up for adoption and I hope someone nicewill adopt her soon.
