Hello Dr. Chan,
I was on the highway (Lebuh baru pantai near the construction site. They were replacing the road tar) and I saw a small kitten on it. It was about to cross the road.
It was weird to see a small kitten there. Out of nowhere.
Can you please post this on the site so that someone nearby can help the little kitten?
I am not sure how to describe it but the cat is near a place where there are people paving the road. I am not from around there, not really familiar with the place. Somewhere near grade hotel.
It not hard to miss the road paving signals.
