Hi Kah Yein

Wanted to update you on the progress
As you know, Koo picked her up this morning before going to work. Sent her over to the vet’s for basic check up.
The vet allowed us to board Queen until evening.
Around 5pm, Koo and I went over to the vet’s. Queen was given a clean bill of health. There were no patients in the clinic, so the vet let her run\walk around..
Queen was so happy walking and exploring the clinic
She comes to you when you reach out and loves attention!
Koo decided to take her home first until I am able to find a fosterer. Queen’s fur was full of engine oil and dirt. But was free from ticks.
Basic grooming was done, shaved and a good bath.
She was also given a dose of Revolution that will take care of any ticks\worms

We have not decided on vaccination\spay as she will be monitored for the next few days to ensure she is ready for it.

I have been contacted by one of your readers who is able to foster from 21st-28th Oct. I will keep in touch with her.

Attached are some photos Koo shared. We wont be needing any financial help. Just looking out for fosterer and potential adopters:)

Regards
Nandhini

Where Queen was found.

Queen sleeping under a car.

Lots of stray dogs in Setia Alam.

Heartbreaking puppies too.

Queen was comfortable being leashed.

In carrier ready to leave Setia Alam for good.

Being weighed at the vet.

Checked by the vet.

Getting ready for grooming. Take a last look at the “dirty” old queen.

All shaved and clean. She eats kibbles.

Koo found a lot of old cuts and bruises on her. Must be the fight for food and shelter in Setia Alam.

Finally, Revolution.
