Hi,

I got ur email from ur blog grasspg.blogspot.com, could u be so kind to help to spread the word,

i'am staying in grand ocean apartment in tanjung bungah, penang. The management�committee has�issued�a��warning letter to all residents regarding the keeping of pets in the property. They will be conducting house to house check for pets:- Dogs, Cats, Birds, Fish,�Turtles, Reptiles, etc…

If the pets are not removed from the�premises with in the time frame, they will issue a�court order RM7000 with MPPP and the Police to come inside the house to remove the pets. And the house owner will have to pay back the Management the Legal Fees and MPPP fines amounting to more than RM7000.

Attached are the letter that is from the Property Manager.
