Spaying Subsidy For 1 Female Cat (Dr Aniza Abdullah�s)

Hello Dr Chan,

How are you? Sorry because i took looong time to write to you. As i’ve mentioned before, i would like to apply for spaying subsidy for a cat that i sent on 25th Sept.

This mother cat, estimated about 4-5 years of age is the regular cat that my neighbour feed at her backyard. She just delivered about 2 months + ago. Actually we managed to capture her that day after 5th attempt since we started this CNRM program.. very garang and clever.

Currently her wound is dry and she still nursing. However the kittens already start to eat wet food. Wanawinani will stay as resident cat in our neighbourhood and not up for adoption as she is so used� in this area.. and she has her longtime soul mate.. hehehe. His name is Jambui;, already neutered earlier under your fund as well.

I’ve posted the form and original receipt 2 days ago.
